Paralegal: Kurt Wallin
Mr. Kurt Wallin joins the Law Office of Paul Szeto LLC with a wealth of worldly experience and wisdom. He has traveled to 48 of the 50 U.S. states and more than 40 countries, including India, China, the Philippines, Brazil, Colombia, South Africa, Hong Kong/Macau, South Korea, England, Taiwan, Ireland, Canada, Mexico, Peru, and the Baltic States, among others.
With his well-rounded professional background as a Meeting Planner for several trade associations—most notably the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC)—Kurt has spent years organizing commerce and business-building forums that connect business leaders, foster exchange of ideas, and promote success.
Kurt’s friendships and professional ties span five continents, and his goal has always been to understand diverse cultures while deepening his connections through language learning. His most notable skill is Chinese: he is fluent in Mandarin and has conversational ability in Cantonese, which he developed while living and working overseas.
Outside of work, Kurt enjoys flower and vegetable gardening, bird-watching, traveling, reading, and running—having completed both the New York and Philadelphia Marathons. He also loves attending concerts and sporting events. He resides in New Jersey with his wife and youngest son. His daughter and older son have thriving careers in business and healthcare, and they, too, have taken up marathon running.
Every day, Kurt brings his smile, enthusiasm, and positive outlook to help our clients navigate the U.S. legal system.
